The first step in building a home is to develop a budget. We work with a team who can help you develop a budget and who can provide construction as well as permanent financing.

It all begins with knowing exactly where you are wanting your dream home to be built. You do not have to do this alone! Have a few places on mind? Great, let’s chat about all of them an narrow down your choices!
4. Begin to develop a conceptual design or choose one of our layouts
Need to find a great floor plan? Select from one of RA Custom Design’s Models knowing that you can modify, change or alter any model to suit your individual needs, wants, tastes or desires.
Already have your own set of plans? GREAT! After receiving your plans & specifications RA Custom Design will provide you with a preliminary cost to build. It’s that simple!
RA Custom Design will also build your online architectural plans as well.
5. Select a site for your new home.
With our experience we can help guide you through the process of evaluating a site and the costs associated with building on the site.
6. Finalize the design of your new home.
LOCK in your final decision before the magic happens! You can choose from our plans and make modifications, or we can design a home just for you.
7. Make selections for the interior and exterior finishes of the home.
8. Begin construction.
We welcome you to visit the site as often as you wish during the construction process and we are ready to answer any questions you may have. We have a strong system in place to keep you update during the process.
9. Schedule a walk-through
Prior to occupancy to familiarize yourself with the operation of the systems in the home and ask any questions you may have.
10. Move in
and enjoy your new home knowing you have RA Custom Design quality built in.
